111 MBq of 89Zr-oxalate solution (3D Imaging) was diluted with 300 µl of 1 M HEPES and added to 200 µl of DFO-functionalized Nb (1–2 mg) in HEPES/NaCl buffer (pH 7.5), adjusted to pH 6.8–7.5, and incubated for 1 h at room temperature.
