A solution of 100 µg BPAMD in 0.5 mL acetate buffer (0.4 M, pH 4.5) was mixed with 74 MBq of 161TbCl3 and heated at 95 °C for 30 min in a sealed vial. — Both complexes achieved a radiochemical yield of greater than 98%.
