A solution of N-chlorosuccinimide (NCS) in methanol (1.5 mM; 100 μL), glacial acetic acid (20 μL) and 131I (40-100 MBq in 1-3 μL) in that order were added to 11 (50 μg) in a half-dram vial. — Compounds [131I]6 and [211At]6 were synthesized from 11 in overall radiochemical yields of 32.5 ± 0.1% (n = 4) and 22% (n = 1), respectively
