Labeling with 57Co was performed using 1 nmol (aq. 0.1 nmol/µL) of X-RM26 buffered with 100 µL ammonium acetate (0.2 M, pH 5.5).
Manual synthesis——>99%—NOTA-PEG2-RM2629097932
2017 Contrast Media Mol Imaging
Radiolabeling with 57Co was performed using 3.8–10 nmol (aq. 1 nmol/μL) of NOTA-PEG2-RM26 buffered with 80 μL ammonium acetate (0.2 M, pH 5.5). The mixture was incubated with 57Co cobalt chloride (10–50 MBq) for 30 min at 60°C. — Labeling was successful, with yields exceeding 99% for 57Co and 98% for 55Co.
