A solution of 211At in methanol containing NCS (37–740 MBq, 200–500 μL, 0.2 mg/mL NCS) was added to a half-dram glass vial containing 100 μg (equivalent to 77 nmole for the YF2 precursor, and 81 nmole for the L3-Lu precursor) of the YF2 tin precursor — The RCY using this approach for [211At]L3-Lu was essentially identical (87 ± 5%; n=7, decay-corrected)
